Notes de dégustation :  Clear garnet with ruby tints. Appealing nose com- bining morello cherry, red fruits, mixed spices and a menthol and toast trace.  Beautiful perfumed attack, velvety, sun-kissed, harmo- nious palate with admirable precision and clarity. Firm finish.

Harvest: manual, manual sorting of the grapes on the table
Terroir : Unique micro-climate area. Hillside vineyard at 300 meters above sea level, in the heart oh the garrigue. This isolated dale faces north)west and is composed of clayey limestone soils with gravel.
Elevage : 12 months separately in barrels then 12 months blended in wooden tun of 5000L. Minimum 24 months of ageing in bottle
